Composition & architecture
State the carbide/metal or oxide system, binder ratio and whether the material is blended, fused/crushed or agglomerated/sintered.
Process compatibility
Identify HVOF, HVAF, plasma or another intended process and equipment constraints. Similar chemistry does not establish feeder or gun compatibility.
Feedstock quality
Define particle distribution, flow, apparent density and the coating/evaluation protocol where applicable.

Composition leaves the feedstock architecture and particle requirements unresolved. Share the process and equipment window before comparing candidate grades.
What does this directory cover?
Loose elemental/carbide powder, finished coatings and spraying services are separate requirements. Coating results are not guaranteed from a powder listing.
