Silicon carbide powder
silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic powder
SiC
Advanced ceramic powders
Carbide powders for hard ceramics, wear applications and materials research. Chemistry, phase and carbon balance define the starting point.

SiC and B4C are different ceramic systems. Compare the required phase, particle distribution and impurity limits for the forming and firing process.

Separate WC from tungsten-titanium carbide. Binder-containing WC-Co powders have their own thermal-spray and cermet directory.

Use the full carbide formula and phase requirement. Total carbon, free carbon and oxygen should have a stated analytical basis where they are acceptance criteria.

Start with the material identity and process, then check the details on the proposed datasheet.
Specify the metal/non-metal carbide and target phase. A carbide powder and a carbide-metal composite are different requirements.
State total/free carbon or other critical analytical limits where relevant. Include oxygen and metallic contamination requirements.
Describe morphology, particle distribution and the intended sintering, coating, abrasive or research route.
No. WC-Co includes a metallic binder and a feedstock architecture. A chemical formula alone does not specify a composite thermal-spray powder.
WC-Co and other cermet composites are listed in thermal-spray/cermet powders. Diamond and CBN abrasive grades have a separate directory.
A material name or reference datasheet is enough to start. Add any requirements you already know.
Nike has no fixed minimum order. Tell us the quantity you need; we’ll check supplier pack sizes and any minimums.
We’ll check the proposed grade, sample options, delivery timing and available batch documents. Include any essential COA, TDS or SDS requirements.
