Metals & alloy powders
Non-Ferrous Metals
Elemental non-ferrous metal powders for research, conductive formulations and powder processing. Specify the metal, production route and particle profile.

Choose a material
Copper, aluminum, zinc and tin
Start with the element, then the shape required by the formulation or powder process: spherical, irregular, dendritic or flake. Add the relevant oxygen and impurity limits.
Al
Zn
Sn
Nickel and cobalt
Keep elemental metal separate from an oxide, alloy or supported catalyst. Compare particle profile and supplied surface condition for the intended use.
Ni
Co
Other non-ferrous metals
Bi, Mn, Cr and Mg are separate elemental requirements. Use the process, quantity and destination to establish the particle, packaging and document brief.

Material selection guide
Start with the material identity and process, then check the details on the proposed datasheet.
Element & purity
Separate elemental metal from its alloy and oxide. State the assay basis and critical metallic/non-metallic impurity limits.
Morphology & route
Describe spherical, irregular, dendritic or flake requirements and any required atomization or reduction route.
Process & handling
Connect particle size, surface condition, flow and packaging to the intended process. Use the selected grade's SDS for handling and shipment review.
Before you choose
Is elemental copper powder interchangeable with bronze powder?
No. A copper-base alloy has a different composition and grade-selection task. Keep the elemental-metal and alloy specifications separate.
What does this directory cover?
Copper, aluminum and other alloy systems have dedicated directories. An element listing does not establish every particle size or shipping option.
What to include in your request
A material name or reference datasheet is enough to start. Add any requirements you already know.
- Element and purity/impurity basis
- Particle distribution and morphology
- Production route and surface/oxygen limits
- Intended process, packaging and destination
Quantity, samples and documents
Nike has no fixed minimum order. Tell us the quantity you need; we’ll check supplier pack sizes and any minimums.
We’ll check the proposed grade, sample options, delivery timing and available batch documents. Include any essential COA, TDS or SDS requirements.
